Are you running all the miles and feel like something is missing? Need to revamp your training for fall races? A little cross training can help you get across that finish line strong and injury free. Starting on August 17th, we’re offering a 7-week group training program led by personal training powerhouse, Natalie Staton (NASM Personal Trainer, FNS, PES and killer cycling instructor). Her philosophy is all about building the strongest you through hard work and setting the path that is right for YOU! Classes consist of different cross training regimes utilizing weights, kettle bell, bands, etc… and will equip runners with exercises they can do at home after the program is over. Participants will set individual goals through pre-and post-assessments to track their progress throughout, and there will be a group nutrition/fitness Q&A session as well. If you can’t do the full 6 weeks, join us for one or more of the classes as a drop-in to get your sweat on.
All sessions will be held at NRC on Friday evenings starting at 5:45 PM, and there’s sure to be a lot of Fri-yay Fun happening some weeks (as in post workout fun times on the East Side). Cost is only $125 for the full seven weeks or $25 per drop in. Also, there will be some fun giveaways throughout the program! Sign up here by August 10th to reserve your spot. Full program participants will be capped at 15 people.
